I have been registered with the surgery since moving to the area about 20 yrs ago. Having been diagnosed with chronic illness in 2003 I've been to the surgery many times over the years since. I have always found the staff, both clinical and non-clinical, to be friendly and helpful.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Doctors take time to listen fully before deciding on what actions to take regarding presenting problems. Although it may be difficult to get through on the phone to make same-day appointment, the doctors will always make a telephone consultation to assess the urgency of the problem and if deemed necessary "fit you in" to see you.

It can be difficult to get through to the surgery first thing in the morning to make a same-day appointment, but when you do get through the Receptionists are always polite and helpful, and always strive to accommodate needs where possible.
